The room smelled musty and had broken furniture.

The stay was quite pleasant and the

rooms were exceptionally clean. However, we did experience some issues with noise from neighboring rooms. The staff was friendly, which made up for the lack of sound insulation. Overall, I appreciated the effort put into guest services.

Charging a $100 fee upon check-in is unnecessary!!! Broken blinds and dirty rooms indicate poor maintenance!!! The lack of proper cleaning and persistent odor in the room needs immediate attention!!!
